Case Manager
Faridon Salehi
Faridon Salehi, Case Manager at Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR) received his bachelor’s degree from one of Afghanistan’s private universities in the field of law and political science. Following his graduation, he has completed his master degree in the field of Criminal Law and Criminology from Payam Noor University of Afghanistan.
Prior to his appointment to the ACDR, Faridon Salehi had the honor of teaching at one of Afghanistan’s private universities and he is board member of Roshna Social Organization. During his higher education, he represented Afghanistan in various learning programs and international competitions such as International Commercial Arbitration in Kuwait and World Trade Organization law competitions in Sri Lanka, Bahrain and Thailand. His knowledge and passion in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), leads him to start working as Case Manager at ACDR.
Faridon Salehi is fluent in the national languages (Dari and Pashto) and English, and has obtained his bar License from the Independent Bars Association of Afghanistan (AIBA).

Case Manager
Muzhda Samadi
Ms. Muzhda Samadi is working as Case Manager at the Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR). She has graduated from Faculty of Law and Political Science of Balkh University and currently pursuing her masters in the field of International Relations from a private university in Kabul. She has previous work experience in the Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organization (AELSO) at Balkh province. She also participated in Media Law Moot Court, university students Debate Tournament, and National Eradication of Violence against Women Moot Court Competition at the Balkh University while she was student.
Ms. Samadi also worked in a law firm for one year and obtained remarkable experience in the field of legal research and drafting documents. She is also a member of OUR SUCCESS institute and organized a couple of events for the capacity building of youth. These capacity building events included article writing program in 14 province of Afghanistan and Youth and Peace awareness event.

Admin and Finance Manager
Fawad Sultani
Admin and Finance Manager of Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution. Mr. Fawad Sultani graduate of bachelor Business Administration, (BBA) specializing in Finance. He Studied DIT (Diploma in Information Technology and DEL (Diploma in English language) plus other short-term and long-term training. Mr. Sultani has more than 7 years of experience working in national and international organizations in Afghanistan. He has a wide experience in management, planning, marketing, administration, and finance. Previously, he worked as a finance officer at Afghanistan Technical Equipment Maintenance Program (ATEM) for the U.S. government.
