Mr. Tawakol Khuram

Mr. Tawakol Khuram, the CEO of Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR). He was born to a religious and intellectual family in 1994 in Kabul Province of Afghanistan. Mr. Tawakol Khuram earned his LLB degree in Law and Judiciary from Al-Beruni University in 2015 and received his master’s in Private Law from a Private University in Kabul. For several years he has been engaged in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Commercial Law and Financial Law.

Previously he worked as Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Public Health, legal consultant at KEA Legal Firm and Consulting Service. He is also well familiar with the commercial and business law, contract drafting, MoU drafting, as well as commercial dispute resolution through ADR such as Arbitration and Mediation. Previously he also worked as Case Manager at the ACDR where he was responsible to manage various commercial cases. Prior to joining ACDR as Executive Director, he served as Government Relation Director at the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI).

Besides, he has been working on community development, youth empowerment, legal awareness campaigns, and legal capacity building for youth with different social and human rights organizations. He also taught commercial law, criminal law, and public law. He wrote an article on the “Role of Biometric Systems in Criminal Investigations and Cybersecurity Law in the Afghanistan Criminal Code and the International Law”.

Admin and Finance Manager

Mr. Ahmad Fawad Sultani

Mr. Ahmad Fawad Sultani, Admin and Finance Manager of Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR). graduate of bachelor  Business Administration,  (BBA) specializing in Finance. He Studied DIT (Diploma in Information Technology and DEL (Diploma in English language) plus other short-term and long-term training. Mr. Sultani has more than 10 years of experience working in national and international organizations in Afghanistan. He has a wide experience in management, planning, marketing, administration, and finance. Previously, he worked as a Inventory specialist at Afghan integrated support service (AISS) ANHAM Project since NOV 2001 up to DEC 2017 for the U.S. government.

Case Manager

Mr. Fakhruddin Bayazidi

Mr. Fakhruddin Bayazidi, S/O Ghiasuddin, Case Manager of Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR). was born on 1982 in Kabul city, enrolled in Durkhanai Girls High School for primary education and later on moved to Nadiria High School to complete his studies where he graduated with a baccalaureate certificate in 2000.

After passing the entry exams, he was selected and joined the Faculty of Journalism at the Kabul University, and graduated from the Press and media department of the faculty. He obtained his master's degree in law from one of the private universities of the Country. As per his personal fondness to work in the governmental institutions and serve the people of Afghanistan, He joined the chamber of the Wolesi Jirga, National Assembly of Afghanistan as protocol officer at the International Relations Department from 2006 up to end of 2009, and later on as director of the meetings arrangement affairs up to April 2011, by this time he had satisfied the seniors of the General Secretariat of the House through his professionalism and hard work in the department, therefore, the Seniors of the General Secretariat of the House made a decision to propose him to the President’s office to appoint him as Acting-Chief of Protocol of the Wolesi Jirga, However the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan accepted his appointment with immediate effect as from the date of his proposal by the House.

As of April 2011, till August 2021 has been working as Chief of Protocol at the International Relations Department of the House, after successfully completing the interview at the Independent Civil Service and Reform Commission.

During his official long career, he has been able to attend short term, medium term as well as long term capacity building training programs such as Parliamentary Diplomacy, Administration of the Refugees and Migrants, Leadership, Informative Seminar for Governmental and Parliamentary Systems, Professional Workshop on Diplomacy and Bill Drafting, Time Management and Combating Transnational Threats Senior Executive Seminar, in the country and out of the country.

Also, he officially visited to the following Countries (Ukraine, Belgium, Bangladesh, Germany, Finland, Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Tajikistan, UAE, Serbia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Russia, Canada and USA) for training Programs and to accompany the delegations of the House during the International and Parliamentary Conferences out of the country. 

Mr. Bayazidi has been awarded several times on behalf of the Administrative Board of the General Secretariat of the House and President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for his great efforts, hard work and honesty shown during his long career in the young Afghan parliament.

He is fluent in Dari, Pashto and English and can operate MS. Office, Internet.

Public Relations Officer

Mr. Mohammad Zamir Babak

Mr. Mohammad Zamir Babak, Public Relations Officer of Afghanistan Center for Commercial  Dispute Resolution (ACDR). He was born to a religious and intellectual family on 2000 in  Logar province of Afghanistan. He completed elementary, middle and high school at  Habibia High School in Kabul, and received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gawharshad University in 2022.

Mr. Mohammad Zamir Babak can speaks and writes, in Dari, Pashto and English languages.
